1.Cancellations and Rescheduling
Student-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward future bookings.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. However, we may offer rescheduling at the discretion of the teacher, subject to availability.
2. Teacher-Initiated Cancellations
If a teacher cancels the session for any reason, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3.No-Show Policy
If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. Teachers are obligated to wait for at least 15 minutes in case of a late arrival. After 15 minutes, the session will be marked as a no-show.
4. Dissatisfaction with a Session

5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of approval. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Any service that has been fully delivered (such as completed multi-session packages) is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon due to extenuating circumstances.
