My name is Sara El Drainy, and I have been working in the field of education for 18 years. I have a BA in Arts & Education and earned my Master’s degree in International Education in 2012. I became a certified IBDP English Language & Literature teacher in 2019 and an IB examiner in 2021. My mission is to support students in developing the necessary skills needed to improve their performance in the different assessments. I believe that providing constant feedback is essential for their growth. Feedback helps students understand what they are doing well and where they can improve. I aim to boost their confidence and performance by guiding them through their learning process. Ultimately my goal is to support each student in reaching their full potential. Students and parents play crucial roles in this educational journey. Students are responsible for their learning attending classes completing assignments and actively participating in discussions. They should also seek help when needed and set personal goals to stay motivated. On the other hand, parents support their children by encouraging good study habits providing a suitable learning environment and staying involved in their education. Together we can create a strong foundation for academic success and personal growth
